  Mr. W. Christoph did a wonderful job representing my son on a very serious felony charge. His knowledge of the law was helpful to myself and our family in understanding the entire criminal process.   Hands down Nicholas Christoph was the best money I've ever spent! My past came back to haunt me. After a year in custody and 6 months in a residential treatment program the DA filed charges against me that were than more a year and a half old. It was a felony charge and the DA wanted some serious consequences and Nicholas worked a miracle! After talking with a few attorneys who didn't feel there was much they could do for me Nicholas assured me that he felt very optimistic from the gate. He was understanding, compassionate, and definitely had my best interest in mind. He was able to get my charge dropped down to a misdemeanor with no probation which was a hundred times better than I ever expected. It gets better...His flat rate was LESS than what all the other attorneys wanted just to get started and he offers an easy, no hassle payment plan which should fit most financial situations.   In August, I received a letter in the mail notifying me I had to appear in court in two weeks with two misdemeanor charges filed against me and I was looking at jail time. I started to panic not only about what was going to happen, but also not knowing where to go to look for an attorney. I looked online and found a few, but the reviews Christoph Law Offices I had read were better. After giving a few places a call, I decided to set up the free consultation I had read about. I met with Nick and I explained everything that had happened. He listened and a moment after a huge weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. He told me exactly what he was going to do once my court date came and assured me he was going to do everything he could to help my case. He also was very understanding and knowing I was a student he allowed me to make payments and offered me a very reasonable price. After the first court date, I really knew I had made the right choice hiring Nick. He told me how it went and told me he had done everything in his power and that the rest was up to me, which was not much. I had to do a certain number of hours of community service and an online class. Not only did Nick get me the best deal, he even got me an appropriate time frame to get everything done which was extremely convenient, as hard as it is already balancing school and work. Of course I completed everything by the set date and my case was over by December. I never had to set foot in the court room and he kept me updated and calm throughout my case. One misdemeanor charge was dismissed and the second was bumped down to an infraction which I could easily get expunged in year. This was something that could have ruined my future and something that had me panicking and worrying like crazy. In the end my future was no longer threatened by a mistake I made, and throughout the entire process I felt no worry. Nick genuinely cared about me and did everything he could for me. For that I thank Christoph Law Offices and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great attorney, you will not regret it.
