  Mr. Pflaum is absolutely dedicated to his client! I am always so impressed when he works on a case of one of the individuals who I have referred to his office because they are often difficult cases and he always finds ways to assist so that it comes out so well for the clients. I have confidence in his integrity, honesty, skills and knowledge of the criminal field and am never concerned for the welfare of any clients who I have referred to his office.   I met Mr. Pflaum eighteen years ago when he helped me as juvenile with a driving on a suspended license case. He did a great job on reducing my charges. I ended up receiving a small fine without jeopardizing the completion of my probation a month later. In 2014, due to a D.U.I charge I acquired the legal services of Mr. Pflaum. My biggest concern with my case were the charges of a second offence. Once again, he didn’t let me down, I ended up getting no jail time and Mr. Pflaum even managed to lower my BAC so I wouldn’t be required to do any community service. Due to some unseen circumstances with my neighbor I was served with a restraining order on August 2017. I immediately made an appointment with Mr. Pflaum for the following day. I knew my case was in good hands so I decided to still proceed with my original vacation plans. When I got back the restraining order was dropped by the judge and taken off my record. When you meet with Mr. Pflaum to discuss your case he takes the time to explain the court process and your different options. If you ever find yourself in any legal troubles, I highly recommend Mr. Pflaum not only will he give the confidence, but also some peace of mind knowing your case is being handled by one of the best attorneys in San Diego county,

  I first met Mr. David Pflaum when he took on my fathers case. I was worried for my father but David always made us feel at ease. He did everything for my father he said he would and we are forever grateful. Fast forward a few years and I unfortunately was put in a position which I required an attorney. The only person I wanted to handle my case was Mr. David Pflaum. His first concern was always my well being and from there my case. He believed in me and he managed to get felony charge dropped down to a misdemeanor. He will go above and beyond the call of duty for his clients. He is the attorney you want to have in your corner fighting for you!
